RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Strategy Design and development for the new “Spin-OTRI” department
of the Technical Secretariat of RedOTRI (Spanish Network of Knowledge and Technology Transfer
University Offices).
– Advisory services to University Knowledge Transfer Offices in spin-off management and early stage investment (grants, BAs and VC). Map and database of university tech spin-offs and patentable technology.
– Organisation of investment forum with Spanish investors and business angels. Participation in European networks (Proton, ASTP). Organisation of work teams. Analysis and publication of technology transfer data from the RedOTRI’s Annual Technology and Knowledge Survey.
RESULTS:
– Successful set-up of the new area and its team works.
